Day 1 is all about equipping you with the foundation and confidence to deliver standout auditions. You’ll spend the day breaking down what makes an on-camera audition compelling, authentic, and memorable.

 

What to Expect:

• 🎬 Audition Mindset Reset ~ Learn how to approach each audition with confidence and clarity, shifting from “trying to book” to “bringing truth to the role.”

• 📖 Script Analysis & Character Choices ~ Hands-on exercises in breaking down sides, identifying beats, and making bold, playable choices that stand out.

• 🎥 On-Camera Audition Practice ~ Work one-on-one and in groups to perform sides on camera, receiving coaching and adjustments in real time.

• 💡 Playback & Feedback ~ Watch your work on screen to understand how your choices translate to the lens and what casting directors are really seeing.

• 🛠️ Tools & Techniques ~ Practical strategies for self-tape setup, eyelines, wardrobe, and delivering auditions that feel professional and polished.

 

By the end of Day 1, you’ll walk away with new tools, confidence in your audition technique, and the experience of seeing your growth immediately reflected back to you on camera.

Day 2: The Industry & The Opportunity

Focus: Working with a Casting Director

 

On Day 2, we put it all into practice. You’ll perform for and receive direct feedback from a working casting director, Leslie M. Greene, giving you an invaluable inside look at what’s expected during real casting sessions.

 

What to Expect:

• 🎭 Warm-Up & Technique Reinforcement ~ Quick review of key lessons from Day 1 to sharpen your readiness before stepping in front of the casting director.

• 🎬 Mock Auditions ~ Perform your prepared sides on camera.

• 🎤 Live Casting Director Feedback ~ Leslie  will provide constructive notes on your performance, adjustments, and insight into how casting decisions are made.

• 🤝 Industry Q&A Session ~ Get answers to your questions about the audition process and current trends in TV/film casting.

• 📈 Personalized Growth Plan ~ Walk away with targeted next steps for your audition journey, and strategy tips to elevate your career during the current industry climate.
